At Fenningberget in Torgås you will find a large, roadless wilderness area with high natural forest values, both on the mountain plateau as well as in the lush slope forests.
Description
A lush spruce forest grows here and here and there are spruces with an age of over 300 years. Here there are many different trees of different ages that have long had to grow unaffected by forestry. This, in combination with the water's influence, has resulted in a large variety of cryptogams (lichens, mosses, fungi and fern plants).
