An exercise area where you can practice hope, curves, balance or just because it is very fun. The stone chests can be cycled both uphill and downhill as a technical training. On the pump track it is easy to spend many fun hours.

An easier and a little harder, where the easier has a shorter plateau and a flatter kick, while the slightly harder has a longer plateau and a slightly steeper kick. Both can be rolled over and offer good visibility for the cyclist.
Drop: In the woods, there are sometimes altitude differences that cycling performs, it can be rocks or roots that become like a curb or higher. Here, this is called a drop, this is very exciting and quite useful to be able to perform it controlled. There will be two lines to practice drop consecutively. The simpler one is like a high curb while the slightly harder one is about 30 cm high. In order to train several times in one ride, there will be several jumps and drops in a row.
