Tällberg has a very scenic location on the slope down to lake Siljan southeast beach between Leksand and Rättvik. The village in Sweden boasting the greatest number of hotels: eight in all. At the top lies the Holen Folk Museum, which earlier was the home of Gustaf Ankarcrona. There are many craftsmen, woodcraft shops, pottery workshops and galleries etc. to be seen. There are also two nature reserves Nybodalen and Digerberget.
