Packrafting in Fulufjället National Park

At Rösjöstugorna, in Fulufjället National Park, two different Packraft tours are offered. One tour in the stream between Stora & Lilla Rösjön and a combined paddle and hiking tour, where you can see the country's highest waterfall Njupeskär and the world's oldest tree Old Tjikko.

Packrafting Rösjöbäcken Embark on a half-day adventure with packrafting through Rösjöbäcken, from Stora Rösjön to Lilla Rösjön along the winding mountain stream. Enjoy a wet and exciting adventure right next to Rösjöstugorna, culminating in a delicious reindeer burger at the mountain plateau's village. Includes: guide, packraft, life jacket, lunch with beverage, and coffee or tea. Please bring change of clothes as the adventure will involve getting wet. All participants must be able to swim. Not suitable for children. 2-4 participants Duration: Approx. 4 hours Difficulty: 2/5 Packrafting & Hiking, Old Tjikko & Njupeskär Exclusive guided adventure trip in Fulufjället National Park. An adventure day with packrafting and hiking. The packrafting starts at Rösjön and continues to the small stream above Sweden’s highest waterfall Njupeskär, where we pack our packrafts into backpacks and continue on foot. Experience the breathtaking view of the waterfall from above as the journey takes us to Old Tjikko, the world's oldest spruce at an astonishing age of 9550 years, where a quick snack will be provided. Hike back across the mountain plateau with a stop at the sacrificial altar. The adventure start from Rösjöstugorna and participants must carry their own packrafts in backpacks during the hike back to the camp, a distance of 4.5 km (Approx. 10 kg). 2-4 participants Duration: 5-6 hours Difficulty: 4/5 Distance: 6 km Age limit: 16 years
