Hykjeberg Norra 2 km
To get to Hykjeberget's peak and enjoy the view, there are two hiking trails to choose from.
Description
Length: 2 km.
Starting point: The trail starts to the right of the information board at the upper parking lot and the turning area at the nature reserve.
Difficulty: There are many rocks and roots along the trail, so plase dobe careful. The trail is teep in places.
Trail information: Perhaps the most common way to get to the top of Hykjeberg is the trail is 2 kilometers round trip and well marked from the upper parking lot at the nature reserve.

Find the parking where the trail begins:
From Älvdalen city center, drive RV70 towards Idre / Särna. Turn right towards Rot / Klitten. Follow the Klittenvägen road and pass the village of Klitten. Continue on the gravel road straight ahead. At the four-way junction, drive straight ahead. At Høge shed, keep left. The road ends and turns into a turnaround, park and the hiking trail begins to the right of the information board about Hykjeberget's nature reserve.
