The finnmark adventure in kayak
The gannets call over a mirror-like lake at sunset. A few dragonflies dance on the surface of the water, which is suddenly interrupted by a fish that is eating dinner.
Do you want to take a kayak trip with the opportunity to develop your paddling and at the same time experience the silence and stillness with a wilderness feel? Then the Finnmark adventure is right! The place is remote in a sparsely populated area that was colonized by Finns from the year 1640. They left Finland to seek their fortune in Sweden with swidden farming. The lake is surrounded by pine forest and has many islands that provide varied paddling with an archipelago feel. In the evenings you can hear the loons calling, a real wilderness sound that enhances the feeling at the campfire.
you live in fire pallet cabins (a cabin that has a fireplace in the middle and 8 wide bunks). It is also possible to sleep in a tent if you wish. The guide/instructor has extensive experience in kayaking, outdoor and forest life. As a former outdoor teacher, he is educational and can help you, regardless of whether you are a beginner or have previous experience with paddling and outdoor life.
