Södra Kungsleden 9 km
The trail starts with an asphalt-covered stretch of 2 km which has a slight ascent up the south side of Östfjället. The route is adapted for wheelchairs and families with children.

Starting point: Start at Högfjällshotellet in Sälen.
Trail Description: At the end of the paving, you come to Köarskärsfjället wind shelter where you can enjoy the view. Then the trail continues on towards Östfjällstugan, which is beautifully situated by a small lake.
