A dog scooter is a scooter used in sled dog competitions and the activity is suitable for adults and teenagers. The experience is very much about the feeling and cooperation between you and the dog, an unforgettable experience that leaves you wanting more. You arrive at Måsek's Kennel and meet Annika, Pär and all the Siberian huskies. Review which dogs are suitable for the day and practice driving the dog scooter without a dog to become comfortable with the vehicle. Then the dogs are loaded into the transport and you go to a nearby place that is well suited for learning to drive a dog scooter with a dog. You arrive at Måsek's Kennel and meet Annika, Pär and all the Siberian huskies. There you will see which dogs are suitable for the day. Then you practice driving with the dog scooter without a dog to become confident with the vehicle. Then the dogs are loaded into the transport and you go to a nearby place that is well suited for learning to drive a dog scooter with a dog. The dogs are leashed in front of the dog scooter and together you and the dog work up the mountain and you get the opportunity to train the balance and feeling of the combination before you can let go of the speed. Up at the top, there will be a restart before it goes downhill and there you can if you want to feel the race speed with your combination. Back at the kennel you take care of the dogs together and there is time to cuddle and cuddle. The campfire is lit and you have coffee together, talk about the experience and enjoy the fantastic view. Prior knowledge: You need to be able to ride a bike and handle hand brakes as well as have a good basic physique. Maximum Weight: The maximum weight for driving a dog scooter is 100 kg. Equipment: You can borrow a helmet, goggles and gloves. Good to know: Wear good shoes that are attached to the foot. If it rains, you need to bring your own rain gear. To get to Måsek's you need to have your own car. There is a good parking area and toilets can be borrowed at the kennel. The activity can be booked in spring and autumn and spontaneous bookings during summer evenings when the temperature is cooler.
