The trail is named after Valborg Olander (1861-1943) who was a teacher, politician and activist for women's suffrage.

Description: The hilly and rocky Grycksbo terrain makes this trail black. After 8 km which is mostly on paths, you find yourself 100 meters higher than at the start despite a number of descents. Fortunately, you have passed cozy places such as mines and viewpoints. Now 4 km of more easy-to-ride terrain awaits past another mine before the trail takes you up to the top of Bondberget and then the built path "Miss Understanding". Valborg was a close friend of Selma Lagerlöf, who wrote large parts of Nils Holgersson's saga in a herb in Bengtsarvet, which the trail passes from kilometers 15 to 16. Then a short stretch of asphalt past the church before a path is built the last bit through the village.
