Stugstigen at Lugnet 5 km

Hike through the open cultural landscape on jogging trails and paths up to Sjulsarvsstugan with fantastic views of the whole of Falun.

Start and end location: Start at Lugnets Spårcentral next to the camping reception. If you want to walk a shorter distance, you can start at Sjulsarvet. Length: 5 km, circular loop. Trail markings: All hiking trails within Lugnet Nature Reserve are marked with orange paint. Time: Approximately 1.5 hours (adult). Severity: Easy to walk except for a shorter section with a steep slope. Environment: Stugstigen is one of several marked trails within Lugnet Nature Reserve. You decide where you want to start your hike from. The easiest trip is if you park your car at Sjulsarvet and from there follow the path to Sjulsarvsstugan and go the other way down. Boots or boots are recommended both in spring and autumn. Electric car charging: Charging poles at the Lugnet ski stadium and outside the Lugnet Visitors Center. Also available at Scandic. If you want to take a look at the ski jumps or the nice view from up there, you can walk the Hopptornsstigen and then come back to Stugstigen a little further on.
