Vass Britas Gård

Probably built in the seventeenth century, this house contains three flats, which together can accommodate up to 20 people. With its gallery and its walls blackened by the smoke from the roasting furnace, this is one of the most interesting buildings in the town.

It's named after Vass Brita Ersdotter who moved to Falun in the 1880s to become a miner's wife.
