A real visitor gem in Sälenfjällen - Sweden's highest mountain botanical garden.
The garden is run by the non-profit association Sälen's Fjällbotaniska Vänner and currently has more than 1,300 labeled plants. The garden covers approximately 4,000 square meters and here you can find plants from Scandinavia, with a focus on Sälenfjällen, but also alpine plants from the rest of Europe and an exciting Öländsk Alvar.
