Romboleden Göransbodarna - Svartberg 20 km

Here, you hike between the two mountain pastures Göransbodarna and Svartberg. They are situated high and open with sparse forest surrounding them. Between them, the Rymman valley lies significantly lower. No matter which direction you hike, you will face long descents down to Rymman followed by long uphill climbs again.

Section Stage 21 Göransbodarna - Svartberg Starting Point: Göransbodarna Ending Point: Svartberg pasture cabins Length: 20 km Difficulty Level: Blue, medium Estimated Time: 5 hours Environment/Surface: Varied terrain, sometimes trails, sometimes gravel roads, with some sections on a highway. Hilly terrain with a few steeper parts. Facilities: Ockelbo cabin - resting cabin for overnight stays with an outhouse is located 1.5 km south of Göransbodarna. Water is available in nature along the stage, water purification is recommended. Trail Description: You will hike on old pasture trails and roads – far from both houses and communities. For safety reasons, you should bring a map, compass, extra food, and overnight gear. Parking: Parking available at Svartberg pasture cabins.
