The trail is named in honour of Augusta Munktell, also known as the "old lady", who was the owner of the mill from 1861 to 1887.

Description: The trail is not only suitable for MTB but also gravel and runs exclusively on gravel roads and forestry roads that begin through Nisserska Parken, past the homestead and out on Gamla fruns väg, and then pass places such as Änkebyn in Alvik, the fishing lakes at Stensjöområdet, a beautiful view just before Strömbostugan (overnight) when you are halfway and the old wooden bridge in Lustebo. The first half is very uphill but then it is easier and the last 4 km is on the old railway embankment.
