A single room with a single bed of 120 cm. 2 WCs with shower that are used jointly by the guests. Open plan between kitchen and living room. The kitchen is used jointly with other guests and sometimes by the landlord. Dishwasher is in the kitchen. Access to washing machine. Private entrance and patio for guests. Access to WiFi. One parking space belonging to the accommodation and date parking outside on the street. No smoking. The landlord has a dog, but the dog will not stay in the house during the rental period.
