Limsjön naturområde & fågelsjö 7 km

Limsjön is one of the county's most bird-rich wetlands and is close to the center of Leksand. The birds can easily be seen from the four bird towers in the area. The hiking trail that goes around the lake is on gravel and is partly adapted for stroller and wheelchair.

Length: 7 km. Difficulty: Green. Description: The trail starts in Norsbro outside Leksand in direction of Sågmyra. In wet weather you may need to walk on sidewalks, which means that the trail is then not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs and a shorter section has rough gravel.
