Källviksbacken ski slope

Källviksbacken is one of Falun’s closest alpine facilities, located just a few km outside the centre. It has 2 lifts, 2 normal descents and Falu Snowpark. The slope has a drop of approx 90 m and descents of 400-600 m. It offers good skiing for normal alpine skiers and ‘jibbers’.

It is located about 5 km south of Falun. From Falun you can get here via Främby or by road 50 between Falun and Borlänge – take the exit at Tallen and turn left at the City Gross supermarket. The centre has three slopes, of which longest is about 600 m with a highest drop of some 90 m. A heated cabin is available where you can eat food you bring with you.
