Important to know, all participants must be confident swimmers. You need to wear non-sore shoes and bring a towel and swimming costume that you wear under the wetsuit that you borrow from Kajaktiv. Minimum age: 12 years (accompanied by a guardian) Maximum of 6 participants on this tour to ensure the instructor has time to give guidance and tips to everyone.
