Trail center cottage village
Mellanfallsvägen, 8 km:
The most varied trail consisting of both flat skiing and slightly tougher hills. If you want to avoid the really tough hill, you can turn back to the bottom of the hill after about 2 km. The trail goes down to Säfssjön twice and here you can find nice places for a short break and maybe a coffee. Parking is available at the start of the track. Take the connecting track 800m from Spårcentral Stugbyn to get to Mellanfallsvägen.
Kyrkhöjdsspåret, 4 km:
Undulating skiing with moderate hilliness without steep slopes. Here is the chance for really nice views and opportunities for good sun chances. Excellent trail to take a little break on the slope when the sun is shining at its best. Parking is available at the start of the track. It is also possible to reach Kyrkhöjdsspåret through the Connecting Tracks from the track centers at Stugbyn and Östertjärnsvägen.
Filurius track, 400 m:
Easy loop for those who want to try cross-country skiing. The track goes on the slightly sloping Kyrkängen. No uphill or downhill climbs.
Tracks: Illuminated tracks
Illuminated trails 2 and 3 km:
Hilly track that is not too difficult.
Illuminated trails 5 km:
Challenging track that is heavily hilly with proper uphills and substantial downhills. Some would describe it as a classic "killer trail", others as a fun challenge.
Children's illuminated trails, 300 m and 500 m:
Two simple strings of electric lights make this a perfect evening activity. Bring the children and try out what it's like to slide and double poling in the creaking snow. Waxing shed and parking are adjacent.
Track center Östertjärnsvägen
Östertjärn, 7.5 km:
Säfsen's most popular trails. No wonder, as it is perfect for both the family trip and for those who want to get miles in their body before Vasaloppet. Varied terrain without any more difficult slopes. Parking is available at the start of the track.
