Rättvik has become a little cycling paradise with well-maintained trails in a breathtakingly beautiful valley environment. Rättvik has a lot to offer, even when it comes to culture, good accommodation, and delicious food. Feel free to stay a few extra days and explore the cycling trails in Mora, Orsa Grönklitt, and the Vasaloppsarena.
Starting at the Jarl area, cycling awaits in terrain that can pose challenges and provide excitement or be more accommodating and easy to cycle. The six trails, with varying levels of difficulty and length, take you along a delightful mix of pine heaths, trails, and gravel roads.
Facilities at IK Jarl Jarlstugan is located in the Hedslund recreation area with a variety of different sports represented. At Jarlstugan you can cycle, orienteer, and jog in the summer. During the winter there are cross-country ski trails with artificial snow if natural snow is not available. Just across the road you’ll find IFK’s own indoor bandy arena. Furthermore, there is an 18-hole golf course, and a baseball field, boule, a trotting track, horseback riding and football fields are all nearby.
