Weekend in Dala-Floda with yoga, forest bathing and dancing

Welcome to a peaceful and revitalizing weekend in the stunning surroundings of Dala-Floda. Through freeing dance, nourishing time in nature, and gentle yoga sessions, we reconnect with both body and mind.

Join a inner journey through the different movement rhythms of liberating dance. We dance without choreography, freely to music from all over the world with inspiring guidance from Inka Gurung. You will dance both with full energy and more meditatively. Participate of gentle, calm, and meditative yoga sessions inspired by Yin Yoga, MediYoga, and Yoga Nidra. In the forest, you'll take part in various exercises that engage all your senses, and you'll have the chance to sit, or lie down for a while beneath a tree. Throughout the weekend, you'll also receive tools to take home with you, helping you manage everyday stress and anxiety. Accommodation for two nights in shared double room at Dala-Floda Värdshus, beautifully located by Lake Flosjön and surrounded by forest. Breakfast, two homemade lunches and two dinners are included. Yoga mats are available to borrow at the Yoga sessions. You don’t need any experience with yoga, dance, or forest bathing—just come exactly as you are. Your guide for the weekend is Inka Gurung, who runs a small business - Far Away Adventures in Dala-Floda. Inka is a yoga teacher and leads retreats, forest bathing, and trips to Nepal that include yoga and trekking. Inka is also a certified whitewater paddling instructor through the Swedish Canoe Federation and has over 20 years of experience teaching paddling.
