Åkersön is on the other side of the river from the center of Leksand. The graveled trail is adapted for strollers, wheelchairs and for walking with or without good eyesight. The trail runs in flat terrain and in addition to nature you can also experience art.

Length: 1.5 km. Difficulty: Green. Starting point: The trail starts under the Leksand bridge or just before Leksand Folkhögskola. Description: There are several benches to sit and rest on as well as to enjoy nature or some of the exciting works of art. There is also a black-and-white ramp to help people with visual impairments.
