Magic evening with SUP-yoga

Enjoy a wonderful, peaceful, and restorative yoga session on a paddleboard with Inka Gurung. No experience with paddling or yoga is required.

After an introduction, participants paddle a short distance out onto Lake Flosjön. You can paddle standing or sitting. Out on the lake, the boards are connected, and the yoga session begins. The gentle, calming movements are done while sitting and lying down. Afterwards, there's time to paddle a bit more before the group heads ashore to enjoy tea and homemade treats. Inka Gurung, who runs a small business - Far Away Adventures in Dala-Floda, is both a paddling instructor and a certified yoga teacher. She is trained in yin yoga and mediyoga. She also leads whitewater paddling courses, guides SUP tours, and offers forest bathing experiences. The SUP yoga session includes a special, stable SUP board designed for yoga, a paddle, and refreshments.
