Welcome to Rörbäcknäs

The little village with big cycling opportunities, Rörbäcksnäs is a small village located 35 km west of Sälen on the Norwegian border with fantastic cycling on good well-marked trails.

Since the summer of 2007 we have focused in Rörbäcksnäs on cross-country trails for mountain biking, the goal being to offer fun and fast cycling on well-signposted trails that most MTB riders can to cope with and thrive on. Volunteers have reconnoitred and signposted the various trails, consisting mainly of tracks. The season normally runs from mid-May to mid- / late October. We are constantly striving to develop the trails with new options, enticing more people to try mountain biking. The trails start from the school in the middle of Rörbäcksnäs village, except for two that start at Hundfjälllet towards Rörbäcksnäs.
