A wonderful whitewater paddling course in Dala-Floda

A two-day experience out of the ordinary, learn to paddle on a whitewater paddling course in beautiful nature. There will also be a bath in a wood-fired sauna.

Rafting course in Dala-Floda's fine rapids with some of Sweden's most experienced rapids guides. Learn the art of whitewater kayaking with us on the Västerdal River in Dala-Floda. You will learn the basics on calm water and then you get to develop your paddling on several scenic trips on stretches with nice rapids that are just right for beginners. Bathing in the wood-fired sauna and homemade lunch are included. You can book accommodation at the lovely Dala-Floda Värdshus by Flosjön or in Laila's cottage by the river. Those who teach you to paddle have over twenty years of experience in whitewater paddling. Of course, they are licensed and have experience of working with whitewater paddling and rafting both in Sweden, New Zealand and Nepal.
