Santa Claus in a red suit sits with a child in winter clothes and reads a letter in a Christmas-decorated environment.

Leksand's Christmas Market

Welcome to Leksand's Christmas Market, a genuine and atmospheric market with around 70 exhibitors offering everything that belongs to Christmas.

Santa Claus and his horses are of course on site. Crackling fires and hot mulled wine ensure that you keep warm and when you run out of energy, you can take a ride with a horse and carriage. The market is outdoors in the middle of the city center and shops, restaurants and cafés are open. The Culture School and The Magic Christmas Land are back, so don't miss to take a trip past the cape for a visit into the world of fairy tales.

Jullandet's opening hours Saturday 2-6 pm Sunday 12-4 pm
