With high values for bird life. It was named as the CW area in 2001. Drevfjällets area is a large roadless wilderness area located between Drevdagen and the Norwegian border. In North West Drevfjället is marshescomplex Storknölen-Ripmyren and Storgjotkölen, which have large ornithological values. Slightly domed bog and sträng-flarkkärr may be mentioned among the constituent mire types. The undamaged mires Storknölen-Ripmyren are representative of the western, humid areas. The ornithological values are very high.
