A weekend for the soul. From the warm security of Fähus to a night under the stars in a winter tent in the forest next door, this is a journey from comfort to the peace of nature, and back again. You will learn the basics of winter life: how to move, cook, keep warm and rest in line with the rhythm of winter. Everything happens in small groups, with personal guidance, presence and a sense of community. The experience is mobile-free, you can be fully present in the moment, while we capture the images for you. Highlights Welcome dinner and introduction in Fähus Sauna and review of winter equipment. Workshop: fire, warmth and winter skills. Guided snowshoe hike through the forest. Cooking over an open fire and dinner by the fire. Stars Above the Forest stargazing with blankets and hot drinks. Overnight stay in a tipi tent with stove, cozy with reindeer skins. Echoes of the Forest morning silence in the forest hammock. Brunch and end in Fähus.
