A weekend for the soul. From the warm security of Fähus to a night under the stars in a winter tent in the forest next door, this is a journey from comfort to the peace of nature, and back again. You will learn the basics of winter life: how to move, cook, keep warm and rest in line with the rhythm of winter. Everything happens in small groups, with personal guidance, presence and a sense of community.
