Time Required: 3 hours 48 minutes Trail Description: The stage starts at Söderbärke Church and continues through the village, alongside a scenic road by Lake Norra Barken and Strömsholm Canal. In Vanbo, you pass Wanbo Manor, where there is an option for overnight stays and lunch. After Vanbo, the trail proceeds towards Flatenberg and its furnace before approaching Smedjebacken. The stage concludes at Norrbärke Church in central Smedjebacken.
