A sauna on the banks of the Dalälven River in the Båstad-Mellsta nature reserve in Kvarnsveden. The sauna is located next to the Mellsta steamboat pier, below Mellsta camping.

Bathing is at your own risk.
Parking is available at Mellstavägen. From the parking lot down to the sauna it is a walk of about 200 meters. It is not possible to drive a car or other vehicles to the sauna.
There is no lighting on the road down to the sauna or at the bath, so remember to bring a headlamp when it is dark.
Ice scrapers are available at the steamboat pier in winter, but you may need to make an effort to remove new ice yourself, an ice saw is available in the changing room.
During the winter the road can become slippery and then the sauna may be closed for booking.
