Program 10.00 Introduction to the local summer pasture culture and food culture. 10.30 Hike through natural forests, forest marshes, along forest streams and up towards one of the peaks of the Wilderness Kingdom with miles of views. We eat seasonal berries and look for animals and bird life. 12.30 Outdoor lunch in primeval forest nature 500 meters above sea level with miles of views. We explore the forest that is reminiscent of a mountainous forest with trees that are many hundreds of years old. 14.00 The hike continues, we drink water from natural springs and the guide tells us more about the local culture that has characterized the area for hundreds of years. 16.00 Filled with new knowledge about Dalarna's nature and culture, we round off the experience in the Wilderness Kingdom with enjoyable drinks and coffee. Good to know No prior knowledge is needed. But you need the capacity to walk at a leisurely pace uphill. Clothes according to the weather. Preferably good shoes.
