Girls weekend - kayaking and SUP

Unique weekend with Inka Gurung in Dala-Floda, featuring various forms of paddling, yoga, wood-fired sauna bathing and delicious food.

Included in the girls' weekend: Two nights' accommodation at Dala-Värdshus in a shared double room. Breakfast, two homemade lunches prepared with local ingredients, and a three-course dinner. SUP yoga session, whitewater paddling course, and a SUP tour. Equipment such as SUP board, whitewater kayak, paddle, spraydeck, life jacket, helmet, wetsuit, and neoprene shoes. Bathing in a wood-fired sauna located right by the water. Your guide for the weekend is Inka Gurung, who runs a small business - Far Away Adventures in Dala-Floda. Inka is a certified whitewater paddling instructor through the Swedish Canoe Federation and has over 20 years of experience teaching paddling. She is also a yoga teacher and leads ecstatic dance, retreats, guided SUP tours, forest bathing, and trips to Nepal that include yoga and trekking.
