Barkensjöarnas fiskevårdsområde

The fish stocks consist mainly of pike, perch, roach and whitefish. In addition, there are salmon, trout, pike-perch and whitefish in Barken, Saxen and Vevungen. Good stocks of whitefish are found in Barken and Västra Sveten.
