Särsjöstugorna are three four-bed cottages that in the summer are primarily rented out in packages with the quota fishing license for Storån.
The cottages are equipped for self-catering with a stove, gas stove and 12-volt lighting. The cabins are rented out when the County Administrative Board's cabin host is on site.
Please note! These cabins may only be booked if you are booking or have booked a fly-fishing permit for the quota-regulated fly-fishing stretch of the Storån River.
• About 100 meters to the lake.
• Drink drinking water in the lake.
• There are mattresses, pillows and duvets in the cabin - bring bed linen or sleeping bag.
• There are pots for the gas stove.
• Outdoor toilet.
• Firewood for stoves and barbecue area are available on site.
• There are regular helicopter transports from Grövelsjön on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Pets are OK to bring.
The area is a workplace for Idre's new Sami village with reindeer fences and reindeer herder cabins. In summer there are reindeer in the whole area. Remember not to disturb them and keep the dog on a leash.
From Grövelsjön it is 13 km hiking on a marked mountain trail, about 3-4 hours.
