A charming older house on the country, about 10 km north of Avesta. The house has a lake view and is located about 300 meters from a private beach in lake Nävden. There's also a sauna and a boat for lending.

The kitchen is modern and eqiupped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine/dryer.

There's outdoor seating and an outdoor barbeque.

No pets and no smoking allowed.
