In the village of Nusnäs outside Mora, the world's most famous horse - Dalahästen - is produced. In the factory you can follow the journey from piece of wood to finished horse very closely.

Display of the manufacturing There are no guided tours, but you are welcome to walk around the factory on your own and you can ask any questions to the skilled craftsmen who work with their part in the chain. It is also possible to paint your own Dala horse. In the store there is a large selection of dala horses in different sizes, colors and models and other products such as clogs. In the summer there is also a café with coffee, ice cream and light lunches.
