Art in the Village is an art exhibition open to the outdoors. It runs from June 18 to September 4. Fänforsens Resting Place in Björbo.
Description
The "Art in the Village" exhibition is now being held for the tenth consecutive year. As in previous years, the exhibition takes place within the Fänfors area in Björbo. This year's theme is The seasons . The Fänfors area is a nature area with free access for all visitors and the installations are outdoors. The installations are largely made of materials from nature, but also recycled materials and other odd materials are used. There will be about 50 installations. About 20 exhibitors participate as well as several children and youth groups. The purpose of the exhibition is to engage as many people as possible and demonstrate what can be achieved with materials from nature and other odd materials and also give visitors inspiration and a desire for creative activities.
The exhibition is open around the clock June 18 - September 4.
