Svealand's highest mountain, 1204 meters above sea level offers spectacular views and on a clear day one can see Helagsmassivet in the north.
From Grövelsjön Mountain station go to the upper parking lot, then follow the trail to Fosksjöarna and Storvätteshågna. At Upper Foskjön you can gather strength before continuing the trail up to the top, heavy pitch but once you are up it is flat and easy walking. The tour can also be made from Lövåsen, follow the marked summer trail to Storvätteshågna. At Foskån go over the bridge and continue on the trail towards the top.
