A small, cozy craft bakery with sourdough and KRAV-labeled ingredients in Gräsberg, about 10 km from Ludvika center.



The baking takes place in a stone oven and the cottage in which the bakery is housed is over 120 years old. Here, various courses are offered, eg course in sourdough baking. Brödladan is also a store that offers KRAV-Labeled flour and accessories for home bakers.

The bakery is run by a Belgian baker, Jurgen Raedts, who moved to Sweden in November 2016. He is a trained baker and has received his education in Belgium and the USA. Bread is his passion. The courses can be followed in Swedish, English and Dutch
